Stylus 400 vs. Canon A80

This is the matchup I've come down to in deciding upon a digital camera...

Stylus-- Like the small size, the Li battery, and the zoom that doesn't have just a few presets. Dislike the xD card and images not up to speed with Canon's cameras

A80 -- Like the 'feel' of the camera while shooting, the LCD that flips inward for protection when not in use, and the seemingly better setup menus, and CF card. Dislike the AA battery power supply.

HELP???

Anyone out there using a Stylus that isn't satisfied with the image quality? I've used a Canon Powershot S45 in the past and loved the images it produced.

P.S. The Nikon Coolpix 4300 seems a distant third...

Between all three go with the A80, because you can add lenses, has more manual controls, and it uses AA batteries over an expensive proprietary battery. Too many cameras use expensive proprietary batteries that cost about $60 to replace. True the batteries that come with A80 are cheep, but you can get a good charger with 4 batteries for about $40.
