I was at a local mag rack and saw perhaps 15 Digital camera Magizines and I purchased a couple of the expensive ones. Nothing great. Lots of pictures but lots of ad's also.
One I do like so far as called Digital Photo Effects. Any other ones out there that actually are worth buying? |

What do you want out of the magazine? I'm in the UK, so my specific recommendations are obviously usless, but I personally rate the general photography magazines higher than the digital specific ones. I find they seem to have more about the process of photography, and showing fine examples of the results.
In contrast, a lot of the digital ones are filled mainly with tutorials on advanced screwing around in Photoshop -adding extra people into a photo, making it look like a cow is on fire etc -which I have no interest in. However, based solely on the title of the mag you've liked so far maybe that i what you're into ![]() |

I can get all the UK mag here - it's ben a while since I looked at amag so I;m not sure what I want. Certainly not pictures since Photo.net is the best place for ideas. Perhaps reading?? I'm not sure.
What do others like to look at when not shooting. |
