Is there any kind of external monitor that plugs into a digital camera so we can preview the shots we take just like the lcd screen.. I took some photo's and on the review they look terrible, on the computer and print they look good... or the scenario is completely backwards, in that I thought I got the shot, only to find out later it was blurred. With a bigger LCD that problem could be eliminated.. but I cannot lug a computer around with me right?

Yes, there are a few of these available that use the A/V output of the camera to do just what you are wanting. They also allow remote monitoring so that if you have a remote control, you can take pictures without actually touching the camera.
