Is there a similar forum for digital video cameras?

As a member of my town's Environmenal Commission, I am taking increasingly more video for our website. My camcorder, however, is a 10 year old analog camera. Difficult to put the analog video on computer with the same ease and results that would be available with a digital camcorder.

Are there any forums or websites that cover digital camcorders that are as comprehensive as this?
