I have a question about Trademark Laws. I have been taking pictures of my Transformers (toys made by Hasbro) for a long time now and posting them on a fan site. Just recently I have been getting request from fans for posters and t-shirts. Can I do this? I know there are fan-artists out there that sell their work, and in a way my photos are fan creation.

No, it is almost guarrentied that you can't.

I bet they will claim to have rights on the "likeness" of the toys. It doesn't matter that you are a fan. Even the others, unless they are different enough to only seem inspired by them, are violating the law.
