I am wondering if someone could tell me if I need to get any paperwork done for customs for the equipment I want to take with me on vacation to Europe? I am planning on bringing all that equipment back, just want to take some photos.
Thank you. |

I travel frequently throughout SE Asia, and occasionally europe. I have never had a problem with customs upon my return to the US. I also usually travel with a lot of equipment. It's never been a problem.
What I would recomend, is that you make sure you have the receipts for all of your large more expensive items safely stored away at home. That way, in case of a dispute with a customs official, you could always produce it. If you are really paranoid, you could even take a copy of the receipts with you. It used to be, years ago, that you could take your equipment into a customs office and get it registered. I don't know if they still do that. Declan |
