I just recently bought a Sony W7 and a 2 GB memory card; hoping to capture images as well as MPEG movie while traveling. The 2 Gb card is great for memory, you could take hundreds of pics with the 2 GB card or about 25 mins. of "Fine" mode 640 X 480 MPEG movie. Thinking I might need more memory than that for a week long trip; I recently bought the newest iPod video with 60 GB.

Problem is, I bought a camera adaptor that uploads the images from my W7 to the iPod; however, the movie uploaded couldn't be played on the iPod at all. It says that I have to upload it to the PC and get Quicktime to open it before I could download it to the iPod again. I don't have a laptop nor notebook, how am I gonna do that?

In the specs, the iPod video is MPEG 4 and H.264 ready for the video portion. The Sony W7 says MPEG movie VX on it. Are they the same format?

Could anybody help me out and think of a solution?
