Has anyone tried a visioneer scanner? I am looking
for a scanner (in the $200 range) that has PS elements, bundled in it's software. I want to scan photos first then text. Any suggestions would be great. |

I own a 2 year+ old Visioneer, model 8100. Picture is GREAT and is still FAST even against other brands' new models.
The newer Visioneer models fly.... scan in ~5 sec, better software and driver interface. |

I have a visoneer but it is 3 years old. Slow but steady.
Some of the new HP scanners have a no warmup cycle. |

I have the 8100 model also. I have been pleased with its ease of use.

Thanks, for all of the comments. I have settled on the Visioneer
9200. It's a new scanner, and I haven't heard much about it. It's in the price range and it has elements bundled with it. |
