Default What is Normal, Fine and Superfine??

I dont understand what Normal, Fine and Superfine mean beside the resolution types, please help!!!!!!!

I think this is the compression level for jpeg files.
Normal - big compression, less quality
Fine - so-so
Superfine - less compression better quality

As the difference in size between superfine and normal is not that big, and as when you saved in normal, you'll never be able to come back in Superfine, the best quality setting - here superfine - is recommended.
