Lets list editors, plug-ins, pano creators, printers, hardware & software and anything else you can think of. I use the following -

A better subject would be "What's NOT in your wallet?" ;-)
I want to make so many upgrades, new editing software (Corel 12) which needs a newer OS than 98 (XP), which all needs a new hard drive due to the size of those programs...but I guess I'm preaching to the choir. |

Now that I think about it, you are right. With digital photography, it should be "What's not in your wallet."
I see some posts of people using matte paper with their printers. How do you guys like the quality on the matte paper when compared to the glossy? |

I have used a lot of Epson matt paper and then laminate it. Started doing it because it was cheap and produced good copies. Don't know how it compares now? I like it.

Hey, no worries PLG3. I still have an HP 890C. Although I don't think it works anymore. Haven't used it in about a year. Ink is probably all dried up. Sometimes KISS is the best way to go.

I'm with plg3, get a few things that you need:
PhotoShop Elements 2 replaced by PhotoShop CS NeatImage Pro Cheese USB1 jumpshot USB CF reader Epson Stylus Photo 700, old but hits the spot. External Hard disk to backup pictures. Thinking of getting Epson Stylus Photo 2200 Maybe a Graphics tablet (the mouse is killing my right hand.) Capture One (need to try out the demo first.) Wild fantasy... a cheap 9" LCD display to put the toolbars on in CS. Eric |
