Wide angle lens for Fuji 3800 ?????

I'm looking for a wide angle lens for my Fuji 3800. I know I can purchase the Fuji made WL - FX9 which is about the equivalant to a 30mm lens but I would sure like another alternative. The only other I've come across is one sold on e bay by 47 St. Photo of New York which is a lens made by Digital Optics. It's a .5x Wide Angle Lens. I don't know what that would equate to? I would really like to find something that would be the equivalant of about a 24mm lens. Help! I hate second guessing myself as to if I purchased the right camera :?:

I just got my camera yesterday and the MORONS sent me 52mm lenses .... the wonders of saving $300 on the net can often burn you. I have to wait another 5 days for them to send the right ones. Idiots.

I'll update the usefeulness of the wide angle once i use it.

IMHO the Fuji wide angle at 30mm for $200 in Canada is complete madness. For $200 I want a WIDE angle not an angle that should, really, be built into the lens (28mm should be standard IMHO).
