FB Mom,

Try the freeware version of the opanda exif viewer here http://opanda.com/en/download/index.html

Is that what you meant?

If the EXIF data is out there, you should be able to right-click on the image, chose "save as" and savethe on your computer. Then, open it up in software you have on your machine, be it Photoshop or whatever, as long as it's something where you can view EXIF data and try to view it like you do images you've taken. If it's there, you should be able to see it.

You want to download the IExif software.

The details of this software is on this page, http://opanda.com/en/iexif/index.html

The download links are on this page, http://opanda.com/en/iexif/download.htm

Click one of the download links beside Choose Download Address ...

If you want to use it in the browser firefox thenafter you install the Iexif file also install the firefox addon file.

Once the software is installed, youcan run the software, open a photo and you see the exif details.

The other faster way is to allow the software when installing to add an option to the right click menu.

Ie you see a photo on the web, instead of having to download it and then open the viewer and load the picture, you simply right click your mouse on the picture and select "view exif with IExif"

Some pictures will not have an exif information in them, the exif information may have been stripped out during processing or when they where saved.
