Default small darker dot on pictures

i have bought fuji s304 2 weeks ago and i'm very pleased with it
few days ago i took some pictures of sky and i saw there is small darker dot in right-top corner of picture (only on pictures of sky)
it's size depends on apperture size, with f8.4 it's 2x greater and less sharp and with f8.2 it's smaller and more sharp
what do you think it's a dust on lens or on ccd ??

if the dust is inside my lens i think cleaning will be a bit expensive ... but my camera has 12 month warranty
do you think that warranty includes cleaning lens???

/sorry for my poor english/

Mine did. I had a Nikon coolpix 990 a couple of years ago. Went under warranty - no problem!

Actually, to me that looks like a JPEG artifact. Suggest you shoot something that's all one colour (white) to confirm. Do you have your camera set on Fine, Normal, or Basic quality? The less the picture quality, the higher the JPEG compression and the more chance for JPEG artifacts. As you edited it without saving the Exif info, I can't tell (when posting a sample photo, always leave the Exif info intact to help with figuring out the problem).

If that spot is in EVERY picture in the SAME place, then it is dirt or a CCD problem...but if it's only in a few similar to this one but in different spots, I'd look at your settings.

all pictures are NORMAL(JPEG)
this dot is only visible on photos of blue sky
and it's size depends on apperture

Get your camera checked in any case, but it still looks like an artifact to me.
