Jim & Brian are right about an odd RGB setting. So I'l change my recomendation: assuming your camera supports it, shoot RAW+JPEG. That way you will be able to see what the camera settings for white balance do to your JPEG image while being able to adjust the white balance later.

In short, you not only have to know the lighting you also have to know your camera.
