hello, i have a question, i want to buy Nikon VRII lens just to get rid off the blurring of the low sync hand held pics, anyone think this is a good idea!! will it work?

I'm a little confused here. Are you talking about using slow-sync flash, which is often used for creative shots showing blurred motion before (rear-curtain) or after (front curtain) the flash goes off? Or do you mean using fill flash with slow shutter speeds? If the latter, then the answer would be yes, depending on how slow the shutter speed is. If the former, it might help keep the background from being blurred as much, but these type shots are normally too slow for anything but a tripod.

no im not talking about the rear or front curtain, im talking about the low sync flash with low shutter speeds to make night shots bright.. will VR be a good idea for hand held?!!

I have the 70-300mm VR lens (which is VRII) and find it hard to get good results slower than 1/30 handheld so I don't know if this would be much help in your case.
