I am having trouble. I recently installed a new harddrive with my Windows OPSYS XP. We are using a Sony DCR-DVD505. When we re-installed the software called Sony Handycam SPVD-014 USB Driver and the Sony USB Driver correction update, I still cannot open the Picture Package Menu without getting the error message that we frst need to install a Macromedia Flash Player, which I have done, going to the Adobe internet site. I do not know what else to do as we still are getting the same error message. Thanks.

The first question that comes to mind, is : Did you restart the computer after installing the Flash player? Most times, you need to restart in order for the system registry to get updated, and the registry is where the other software looks for other s/w it is dependent on.
