My dad owns an Olympus C450 Zoom and has a 64MB XD card in it, however he wet to get a bigger card and was told by most stores that they have not got a card that will work as his camera won't use the new Type M cards.

Can someone please advise the largest capacity card his camera can take and what he should be looking for in the way of a model number etc i.e type.

Many Thanks in advance.

PS he's based near perth, Australia

According to Olympus (USA), the D565 (US version of the C450) is compatible with any xD card up to 512MB. If there is a problem with Type M or H cards, OLY isn't saying. There are still some non Type M or H xD cards available on ebay.
