Default Whats In Your Camera Bag

When I first joined the site I started a post that was well received and then dropped off the face of the earth after a few months. I'd like to reopen the discuss once again. So heres the question

What do you carry in your camera bag (if you have multi bags loaded what is in the open you use all the time)? People seemed very interested in what gear other use and we had some great posts.

I like to read about what people are using especially what kind of accessories you use/need and kinds and sizes of memory cards etc.

I own a camera bag, but it's mostly full of dust. I try to work on the "keep it simple stupid" principle. :-)

So...

When I go out I just carry the camera with one lens attached. (Except for very very rare occasions.)

That is usually the Canon 5DMkII and 50mm f1.2L. I have a 16Gb CF card in the camera and no spare battery.

Sometimes I will instead use the 24-105L zoom lens.

Sometimes I will take my Zeiss Ikon rangefinder with 50mm f2 Planar lens, and 3 or 4 rolls of film.

My camera is usually slung around my neck with a Y-strap, and if I get tired of taking pictures it goes into my backpack with no special precautions.

Like I say it is in 2 bags so doesn't all move at the same time but it can do. For example at a wedding everything goes apart from the 120-300, for sports I leave certain things out etc.
