I was surprise for a floridian, I figure it would get really uncomfortable in the summer with long hair. I remember patrol around englin afb, in my early days in the Army. And it was just down right nasty in the summer time with the humidity and heat. I was glad I hand no hair. canteen showers help cool me down during the summer.

Be nice to the army guys in the swamp, they get beat up pretty good when they are in the swamp pure sleep deprivation training.

Thanks, I remember the swamps. It was rough, I thought a tree was a hotdog truck because I was so tired and hungry.

Jeff, the hair looks good, but you're not fooling anybody with that avatar. We all know its a picture you found somewhere of a young Tom Cruise

And Shoturtle, if you're not careful, you might have me believing you were a ranger...

Yes, I trained with the rangers for a short time as part of other training. After a short time, I got to leave the swamp and move to high ground, they were not so lucky. I gained a lot of respect for them, and still do...
