Default How to Lose Weight

Swimming can be another fun way to lose weight. Swimming is known to exercise and tone up almost every part of the body. In fact, half an hour in the pool is enough to burn up more than 700 calories. Not only will you be burning fat, you will also be getting into great shape if you were to swim regularly

How to get banned:

Join our forums and start making non photography related posts, probably as a prelude to more posts you were planning on making containing Spam to try and promote weight loss products, as I see you're posting from an area that we've been getting a lot of spam from lately.

Bye... You're not welcome here.

700 calories in a half-hour? Maybe if you are training for the Olympics. And taking pictures with an underwater camera.

You'd need to use the "Fat Burner" pills that the OP was probably going to add links to in the signature lines and/or later posts. ;-)

The best way to lose weight seems to be underwater photography.

You lose weight when diving because of dehydration (although you do burn a fair amount of calories too) so it's not the best way !

Actually you CAN burn 700 calories (and not as an Olympic swimmer either) on 30 minutes of non-stop swimming. To lose weight I swim 60 - 90 mins non-stop (mix of breast stroke & crawl) and that burns 1,400 - 2,000 calories. It is easily the best way I know to get fit. Non-impact too.

It's a photography related post Jim - honest ! Lose weight and it's easier to last a whole day carrying all your gear
