Default Confusion over Circle of Confusion

I grabbed one of the many depth of field calculators to play with, and realized that I didn't know what to do with it. I have a camera with a 1.5 crop factor. Is such a calculator applicable to my camera? If so, what would I use, the actual lens focal distance, the crop-factor-adjusted focal distance, or something else? TIA

Try http://www.dofmaster.com.

Always use the actual values for your camera and lens. If you try to make some adjustments prior to entering them into the calculator, you'll get wrong answers.

Thanks, TCav. That hyperfocal chart generator looks like just what I want -- I can define the chart I'm interested in and print it out and put it in my bag.
