Default need help on deciding what camara to buy for college student

hi,

im trying to find my girlfrind a good camera for christmas.

shes a graphics design major in college.

thus im on a very limited budget, say in the 200's.

im not very knowledgeable about digital cameras.

so i could use some help.

i know the only requirement is that the camera must be 3.8 or 4 megapixels or better.

the size of the camera is of no concern. .. bigger = better as far as im concerned.

the main purpose of this camara will be taking pics and editing then in photoshop and illustrator on a mac.

i could use some good suggestiions.

remember.. im on a budget.. , must be 3.8 or 4 megapixels or higher.. and size of camera is of no concern.

o yes.. and it must be mac and pc conpatable.

thanks in advance

You probably didn't get any responses because your only requirement is just plain silly.

My suggestion is to think of something other than a camera to get her for Christmas.

Your "requirement(s)" are way outta whack!

You pay a certain amount to get the "3.2-4meagapixels"
and $200.00 just isn't a reasonable amount. !!

What we learned today...

Without making any research, asking "what shall i buy" questions shouldn't be asked.. First, try to solve your problem as much as you can, then if you have any confusions, all people here are welcome your questions.. Don't select the easy way dude..
