Yup, the n8 seems to have the best. Google around for some reviews:

I don't like symbian, but if the camera is all that is important, go for it.
Otherwise, just look for comparisons of popular phones, like this.

I saw a shirt that had a cartoon like that. I have to say, the iphone camera lens is pretty awesome too.

So, just to be clear, we're talking about selecting a phone based on how good the camera is?

I thought we were talking about choosing a camera based on how good the phone is.

Tcav, since the OP has not said anything since, at this point it's about camera phones in general. Originally it was about the best camera on a phone out there.

I'm still looking for a cell phone with camera. My critera are:

* Unlocked - must work with TracFone
* Priced under about $150

Given those, what cell phone has the best camera?

I would love to be able to buy a really good small camera with built-in phone. I am not really a smartphone (small computer with built-in phone) kinda guy.

Think S95. (Rather unlikely)

Or maybe LX5 - a bit more likely, Panasonic could certainly do it.

Or even (gasp) something like the Samsung EX1, Samsung are a pretty big player in the mobile phone market.

It won't be cheap of course, but I would find it very difficult to resist.
