Don't take it personally, religion is a very emotive subject and could easily blow up into something huge. It's always hard to broach the subject in a public forum with many various opinions so I just didn't want things to get out of hand. Best to keep it to news and information.

You've probably seen on some of the other forums (less so at Steve's), how crazy things can get with different camera bashing, switch that to religion and it opens a much larger can of worms. We want to keep things fun here at Steve's....... however Canon does rule LOL

I second that...

All Christians suffering from all kinds of discrimination and terrorism in the Middle-East are in my prayers and thoughts !

I agree with Peter and Marawder, but this site is not the place to voice religious views. In that sense I second Mark, although of course Sony is better.

We didn't know anyone personally (well as far as we know yet) who was killed in this attack but many of our friends and our family knew those who lost their lives last night, including a family who lost their young son.
Mark,

I am so very sorry to hear that your family has been personally injured because of a mindless act. What a horrible tragedy for all concerned.
