Default I Cant Install A Memory Card Driver - HELP!!!

i got xp sp3. and i cant install a texas instruments driver. whenever i try to install it, i get the following error:

the wizard was interrupted before texas instruments pcixx21/x515 drivers could be completely installed.

the system has not been modified. to install this program at a later date, run the installation again.


how do i install it?

koolx,

Do you mean drivers for a card reader hardware? Google for a newer version of drivers, then try to install them again.

If this is for a USB card reader, you probably don't need drivers. Just use windows explorer.

i tried doing that but i get the same error.

what are you talking about? of course i need drivers for my card reader. how else will my computer communicate with the memory card?

If it is a USB card reader, windows has drivers as part of the OS. Plug it in to a USB port with the memory card in the reader, and you should see it appear on your taskbar as a removable drive. (works for most card readers- there could be some which are not mass storage compliant)
Card readers are very inexpensive - if yours won't work, a plug and play reader is available for under ten bucks.
