Just wanted to let everyone know that the wedding went much smoother than anyone expected. Between the wedding rehearsal, setting up the fire hall, the wedding (I arrived at the church 30 minutes before the scheduled start time), post staged portraits-group shots and the reception I took almost 2100 images and put 1800 of them on a set of DVDs for the wedding couple and each set of parents (3 sets of discs made). I used the HS20 for all the photos using the EXR high resolution priority mode for 95% of the images which allowed me to control the exposure and flash settings, plus some shot in the sports mode using the built in flash flash when the light were turned very low and they were dancing in the fire hall. I think for the most part all of the images turned out well and I got some very magical images of some candid stuff than most pros would not have focused on. I made sure I got all the guests and not just the bride and groom......

Thanks for all the advice given to my question above........

I'd like too, but for the life of me the file sizes are too big and it won't except them for posting and I have no idea how to get them in a size that can be posted.........

Is there a simple way to get them in the right size/format so I can just attach them......

I could build a photo album on another site and thn link to that if you want........

Dave, try Digikam. It's got a GREAT batch resize feature (along with a whole bunch of other nice ones).
