Yep, get the URL of the photo by going to it and then right clicking, properties then get the photo URL. Paste that in the Insert Image button that looks like .

You can check if the URL is correct by posting it in a browser first, if you get the photo and only the photo then you have the right URL.

I understood what you told me to do. I managed it with a couple of other websites ('copy image location') but it won't work with Flickr with a simple right click. Am I doing something wrong?

  1. Go to your Flickr photostream.
  2. Click on the image you want to appear here.
  3. Above the image, on the left, there's a drop-down list labeled Actions. Next to it is another drop-down list containing small icons for E-Mail, Facebook and Twitter. (It used to say Share. They think this is an improvement.) Click on the drop-down.
  4. Under Grab the HTML/BBCode is an edit box containing a bunch of gobbledygook. Below that is a drop-down list of the available sizes of the image that you can use. Select one of the sizes.
  5. Below that are two radio buttons. One is labeled HTML and the other is labeled BBCode. Click on BBCode.
  6. Go back up to that edit box, select all the gobbledygook, go the the Edit menu, and select Copy.
  7. Switch back to the topic here. Click on the POST REPLY button in the upper left corner of the page, go to the Edit menu and select Paste.
