Seems the selection of new toys for 2012 is gathering pace....!

There are going to be a fair number of interesting announcements all the way into February. Should be a fun time, if you enjoy photography.

It will create an epidemic of gear acquisition syndrome.

I like the look of the new Fuji. Squarely taking aim at the Leica M9 and promising similar quality at maybe 1/5 of the price.

Most likely I will be selling my Canon equipment to get the Fuji instead. On the other hand I'm so happy with my X100 that I don't really need another camera.

Yes, the new Fugi XPro1 certainly looks like a sweet little camera. First impressions are; paired with a 35mm f1.4 lens makes it a very appealing street camera. The build quality looks rock solid. At $1385, it's a little pricey. But then, it's only money

I'll be looking forward to reading some reviews.
