Default Whats In Your Camera Bag

I recently made the switch to a difference camera bag and changed some of the items I carry so I thought it might be fun to start a whats in your camera bag thread. We had one back in 2010 I believe but since thing change all the time I thought we should do a new one.

I changed from a Lowpro NOVA series bag to a Roswell Computer-Photo Back Pack (that I bought to use for a plane trip-vacation last summer).

Pentax K-5 with Black Rabid (?? Seplling) Strap attached; Sigma 18-250mm lense attached; UV filter attached to lens; 16GB Transcend Class 10 SDHC card installed

Vivitar Hotshoe Flash in pouch for use on Pentax

Olympus SW1050 in pouch with class 6 8GB SDHC card installed; 2 spare batteries in pouch for camera

Lens hood for Pentax K-5

Small micro fiber towel

Lowpro Portable Hard Drive Case that holds three spare batteries for the Pentax Camera

Sandisc Hard Shell Memory Card Case with 2x 1GB H Series xD Cards; 16GB Transcend Class10 micro SDHC in SDHC Adapter; 32GB transcend Class 10 SDHC card; 2x Class 6 micro SDHC cards in SDHC Adapters

SDHC USB memory stick type card reader

Business cards

2 Pens

Small pocket memo book

Newspaper ID/Press Badge

2 spare sets of 4 each Sanyo rechargeable Eneloops in plastic holders

Small lens cleaning cloth; small piece of old tee-shirt

Lens cleaning fluid

Extra Lens cap and body cap

Giottos rocket blower

And since I wear hearing aids 4 spare batteries

Not in bag at home on shelf next to computer: battery charger for each camera, 2 extra sets of AAs and all in one card reader.

Canon 50D, spare battery for 500D so it won't fit, two spare SDHC cards.
The 50D takes CF so these won't fit either
Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8
Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 or occasionally Canon 18-135 IS.
Canon 430EX II flash
USB cable
Assorted filters including CP, ND-4 and a cheap, but quite useful GND.
Infra-red remote shutter release. This doesn't work with the 50D
I can't believe the 50D doesn't have an IR sensor like the cheaper Rebel series!
Soft lens cloth and some optical lens wipes.
Bicycle puncture repair kit. I often combine photography and cycling,
although I usually get off the bike to take the shot.

Lens(es), batteries, cleaning cloths, cables, memory cards, grey card, filters, t/c, in fact, just about everything but the camera.

Canon 7D, 24-105L, 70-300, 10-22, 50 f1.4, 580EXII flash, (6) CF cards, spare battery for the camera and (8) spare batteries for the flash, rocket blower, CP filter with UV on each lens, off flash sync cable, remote shutter release and manuals for the camera and flash. I'm beginning to see why my back is getting tired.

Spare battery, Polarisor filter, close up filter, kokin filter holder and 1 stop grey grad filter, a small torch, useful for getting a glint in the eye, a pen and note book. I too like to travel light.
