Default Dust in Viewfinder

Do you guys just 'live' with the dust in the viewfinder?

I tried to get mine out with a blower, even carefully removed the focussing screen but still some remains!!

Do i just live with it as it doesnt affect the pics?

Since you mentioned the focusing screen, I presume you're talking about a dSLR. Dust can get anywhere. It's possible that dust might have gotten onto your pentaprism or pentamirror. Pentaprisms can be easy to clean, but pentamirrors can be very difficult. It's also possible that the dust got in through the eyepiece.

Is the dust sharp or blurry?

If it's objectionable, you might want to pay to have it cleaned.
