Default 5700 & two 5000af wireless

Hello,

I was wondering if you photographers recommend any model of a tripod to mount two Sunpak 5000AF to. (The flashes would be on their own tripod.)
I don't want something real heavy and bulky because this would be for outside fill lighting when my roommates and I take a road trip. So nothing for studio work that is 500 pounds. I'm looking for something inexpensive (or an idea to make one) that will hold a sunpak 5000af and allow for adjustable heights.
If I am "going down the wrong path" with this idea, feel free to give me advice.

thanks,
sean

so far this looks nice to me:

or

But how would I mount the flash units to the top of these?
