Default High Prices???

I was looking through some Amazon sellers' pages, and found this. It's not an anomaly, I have seen others, too. Can anyone explain this? I'm at a loss.

Thanks for the links blkms. The first link didn't help too much but the second one explained it better. Funny how the software is allowed to go crazy like that. I wonder how many sales are lost because of it.

Corporate mindlessness with minimal human intervention. The"system" will perhaps annihilate us all should such a crazy thing happen where it shouldn't.
