Note the aphids on the head, I was about 3' away NO flash (sun reflecting off tongue) it kept striking for me, but just a harmless 4'6 grass snake

More luck, I was going out that morning then my cat started acting strange, he found the snake, I went back ibn to get the camera and came out it had gone, a short while searching amongst the graves and I found it again, (I used to live at Tavistock cemetery Lodge)

cemeteries are a real nature lovers habitat NO pesticides etc allowed
