Ya. but if Nikon made it the exposure would be off.
and all the controls would work backwards.
and the battery would drop out.

News Flash .......... Microsoft buys Nikon.........
Announces you must upgrade yours cameras OS every year for 109$
First models reported to get a solid blue LCD with some strange characters on them if left on for more than 10 minutes......

Canon D100... just doesn't sound right :P But that's what a lot of people might call it if Canon ever comes out with a 100D. I've seen so many people calling the 10D "D10" or the 1Ds "D1s"...

In defence to my Nikon roots, if Canon took over my D100 it wouldn't focus correctly, it would slow down in writing to compactflash and in image playback Not to say that if Canon took over my D100 it would be squeaky clean at lower ISO's Speaking of cleaning, time to drop by Nikon tomorrow morning and get a sensor cleaning

Its interesting....

I didn't fall for this subject, but on another forum someone anounced the D2x. It sounded reasonable at full frame and 13MP (although the in camera body VR sounded a bit too good to be true.) I started to buy it until I read a reply call it what it was.

And I'm not really interested in the D2x (except as competition to Canon.)
