Default I can't get my pictures to not crop when printing on R300

I have a pic of daughter that I have cropped to fit a borderless 4x6. When I got to print it, the printer software still chops the top and bottom of the picture. It did this with the original image before I cropped it to fit a 4x6. I was hoping to fix this, but it didn't work. How can I get this to print the way I want to?

How are you cropping it to 4X6 initially? I assume you have selected the proper settings for 4X6 borderless paper for the printer, but are you sure the software is cropping to a true 4X6?

When I try and print this image the Epson printer software crops of part of her left hand and her toes. I used both Adobe Photoshop Album and PaintShop Pro Album to crop the image to a 4x6, also I manually adjusted it as well, but all 3 of them had the same result.
These are the pics, cut and paste, it won't work otherwise:

Suggest you get Qimage - you can order a trial copy from the link below.

Qimage will send the printer exactly what it shows in the preview and you will always know precisely what you will get.

Best regards,

Lin

Sounds like it's something in your printer setup if you are getting the same results from different software programs. Check that you've selected the right paper size and orientation and also that you're set to print 100% and not larger. I'm not familiar with your printer so I can't be more specific.
