NFBR#04 - "style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000""

I've noticed that in a few of photsbyvito's post "style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"" has been posted. Confused I asked him if he was posting it or if it was a board bug. He said it wasn't him.

NFBR#05 - Go to last read post error
The little green arrow () is clickable and takes you to the last post that you read. In the challenge forum, the thread titled " CHALLENGE: 5/5/04 – 5/11/04 "Doors"" has been showing me an arrow and taking me to a post which I have already read. It should have disappeared after my first click or after I read the thread but it didn't.
I'm using Opera 7.23 Build 3227 and windows 2000 pro.

NFBR#05.5 - No smillie

I hope I'm not over doing the bug reports. If so just tell me to sod off and I will.

NFBR#06 - Send button after viewing preview
Sometimes after I have clicked the "preview" button the send button fails. There is no hand icon to indicate that it is clickable and sometimes I have to click it half a dozen times before it responds. This is only after I have previewed the post.

This isn't quite a bug, so I haven't assigned it a number. Instead, it's a problem. Because there's a choice of background color, those using black will occasionally choose a color such as yellow for their type. Those using white or light gray as their background can't see what the person has written. I have no idea if this can be fixed, but I've tried in the meantime to warn people in the Challenge forum about not using light colors for their words.

This is another "non-bug": There's no way of knowing whether or not the recipient of a private message has read it unless he or she responds to it. It's inevitable that one of the two correspondents will be the last person to send a message. Eventually, these messages build up and aren't deleted for fear the target person hasn't read them yet.

Are there two versions of the same message--one in the writer's message box and one in the receiver's message box? If this is the case, I assume it's safe to delete messages you've written even immediately after writing them. If not, we need some way of knowing that a message has been received and read.

the font color one can be fixed easily by not changing the text color at all...the standard color (like ferny said) works on all the skins (board themes)...

NFBR#07 - BB code shortcut buttons refuse to work

The shortcut buttons above the text box (the bit you type in) are refusing to work most of the time for me now. If they do work, it inputs the code a long time after I've clicked it.
