I'm just wondering, what is the view on people in England entering the Photo of the Day competition? Is it ok or is it only opened to US residents? I've looked in your rules and it says "Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, or local taxes, tariffs, or import duty fees associated with the receipt of their prize." so I'm assuming it is ok to enter.
