Interesting device that I stumbled upon inone of my net forays.

Does anyone have one, and what is your opinion of it?

Take a look at the trigger gallery...looks like fun.

Well, if you like that type of photography this would be a great aid, IF you have the right camera.

That is very cool .. thanks.. I think I can build one up myself from a flash trigger and a few chips but it sounds like a fun project.

Actually, I've been gathering together parts to build a sound activated flash trigger, to capture events like a ballon bursting, water splashing, etc...haven't gotten around to building it yet.

Did you ever purchase the lightning trigger? If so I would like to know if you recommend it or not. I just wonder if it will work on the new Nikon D3...
