Default Best "tiny" mini digicams?

I've been searching the web for those tiniest of mini cams that weigh only ounces and can go on a keychain. Now I know they're basically toys but I'm in it for fun and enjoy the challenge of getting a good or "artful" image from a VGA cam. Is there anyone out there who could comment on best models they have researched or owned. Reviews are few in this category. Mustek mini? Fuji Slim Shot? others? Thanks.

Check out the Minolat Dimage Xi, for which Minolta claims it to be the World's Smallest And Lightest 3.2 Megapixel Camera, You may check the Dimage X as well.

Lately, launched by Sony are the new Cyber-shot DSC-U20 and DSC-U10 models,
i am not sure if the above models are available as of now

The Minolta Dimage X gets a good User Rating.

I agree with pimpn247, stay away from Aiptek pencams, they are toys.
I have the pencam VGA ($35) and the mega-cam 1mp, and because it uses a CMOS instead of a CCD, the pictures are no where near as good as my older Sanyo VPC-X350 (850K)
camera I bought back in 1999. I paid $90 for the Aiptek Mega-cam, I guess I should have saved my money.
What would be a good small digicam for around $200?
Thanks for any help.
