Default should I dish out extra 50 dollars for a dx4330?

right now im planning to get a canon a40, but I saw that kodak has a 4330 that is 3 megapixels for about 60 dollars more, should I dish out the extra for it?

jeri,
just some food for thought, when you think of high quality cameras "canon" comes to mind, when you think of high quality film "kodak" comes to mind.

It is a very good camera. Kodak is making them better and better now.

steve, what do you suggest I do? im very limited on money, but the dx4330 looks good, im not much of a photo guy, I dont care much about settings as I dont know about em, but id like to hear what u think

hmm, i just saw its 2 mp version the CX4230 is this one comparable to the canon a40?
