Just want to give everyone a heads up on the Forum error status. We have determined the root of the trouble. All you people Broke it ... It turns out that Steves Forums are getting more popular than originally anticipated and as a result we have suffered a couple of load issues. What does this mean for you ? Christmas comes early !!! Santa Steve has authorized the work order to do whatever it takes to make you all happy and continue enjoying these Forums. Translation = Bigger, better, faster, hardware for your web surfing pleasure. The work is already in progress and we'll do our best for a seemless transfer. We should have new hardware in place for you by the end of the week.

Merry X-mas

Other than that outage a little while back I've had no troubles with the site.

Maybe I've been lucky? Either way, good to hear that the site is popular!

:blah:I thought the proper solution would be to tell everyone to stop posting, and go shooting for a while. :blah:

hm...i hadn't experienced any major problems (a couple hours down less than once a month), maybe mods get special treatment

well, this sounds like a good deal to me! Steves digicams is a great site, and deserves to grow!
