Hello Everyone,My question is,how to photograph fireworks? I have a Fuji 602zoom (and love it)and would like to know the settings and what mode to take pics on.I will be using a tripod. I am reasonably new to photography,so any help greatly appreciated. I have asked this question elsewhere with no response. Thanks.

hello,

KlausDK wrote an excellent tutorial on how to photograph fireworks.
I think this will answer all your questions:

I did fireworks during the summer, and I used between 2.5 and 5 sec for shutter, and around f/16 for the aperture. All mine I did at ISO 100. You can see them at my website, the only editing I've done was crop and resize.

Hi, Thanks to those that responded to my question. I feel successful in capturing the fireworks, so here is a sample. Comments welcome. S 3, f 8, ISO 160.
