Is there any way of exporting the exif data as a txt file so I can copy and paste it into my posts? The only thing I have that reads it properly is the DiMAGE Viewer and I can't see any way to export it like this with it.

Yes....

One popular tool is irfanview (available from http://www.irfanview.com ). It's free. Make sure to download the free plugins, too.

You'll see EXIF information under Image, Information, EXIF. You'll see aCopy to Clipboard button when viewing the information. You can then paste it into any other application usingan application's Edit, Paste menu choice (or by using CTRL V which does the same thing).
