Default recommend model with rotating lens and small

What cameras has 90 Degrees "turning lens"

I'm looking for a camera and would like OK quality and "pocket size"
An extra would be to get a camera you can "shoot from the hip".
The only model I know is the Canon coolpix 4500.
It's supposed to be a good camera, but I would like a smaller camera with a rotating lens.

Ensure whichever 'swiveling' lens camera you buy has an optical finder as well as an LCD. The LCD may be difficult if not impossible to see under some bright light situations (or very dark situations).

Hi Bill, Took me some time to discover from the pichures on the review pages that the 2500 and 3500 have "Internal" rotating 180 degrees lens. Anyway that's not what I'm looking for I want 90 degrees. This enables me to look down on the camera and take the photo. It's amazing how much more relaxed people are when you shoot that way, you can take photos without them realizing it.
I'm after a digicam and couldn't find info on the Sanyo VPC-X350.
If that is several years it might be the one I tried, with the lens high up on center on the camera.
Couldn't find Aptik either.
OK Thanks and Merry X-mas
