Seems I recall a couple or three camera shops that will sell giving one "90 days same as cash". Or something like that. I will have some extra money in about a month but would like to get some lenses now for a trip I will go on in about 12 days. Advice please?

Read the fine print. It may be a legitimate deal or possibly a scam. Typically what that means is that if the balance is paid off before the deadline, you are not charged any interest. If you go past the deadline, interest will be charged from the date of purchase and the rate may be quite high. Interest will accrue during the "no-interest" period and will show on the bill but will be deducted if the account is paid off in time.

On the other hand, there may not be interest during the "free" period, but a very high rate of interest may accrue after that.

Caveat emptor...let the buyer beware! Know what you are signing BEFORE you walk out of the store with the goods.

I guess what I meant by "Please advise" was the name of any such vendors.
