i'm torn between the 3
olympus is supposedly a very good company... the d-380 is supposed to have good battery life, but looking at its samples pictures, i couldn't help but notice that they were very fuzzy and unfocused. as well, the file size was pretty large. the A200 on the other hand has pretty nice pictures, but uses expensive memory and lacks optical zoom. battery life is supposed to be fair? the HP 620 probably has the nicest pictures of the 3... but i've heard that HP isn't very reliable at all... and the battery life issue is something that worries me. a major plus though, is the 3x optical zoom, which is very enticing. however, the expensive SD memory is a major drawback. now... which of these 3 should i, as a newbie to the world of digital photography get? battery life is a major issue for me but so is picture clarity. as well, i'd want something that will provide nice pictures indoors. so therefore, a good flash is a must. keep in mind also, most of my pictures will probably be taken at 640 x 480, with the odd one being taken at the best quality. could someone please help me? thank you. |

Hi, I'm having the same "decision problems" and I just read your question.
So: which one did you buy and would you recommend your decision to others, or not? Thanks !!!! |
