Any insight on how to clean a viewfinder inside the camera. I have a Pentax *ist DS and that pictures I have taken even with this nusiance has been excellent for me.

I would like to know if it is worth the hassle of trying to clean it myself if that is possible since I am unsure as to how I can do this or just live with it.

I have a bulb blower and it actually got worse after using it a third time. Repeated attempts with it has not changed anything.

Thanks for your reply,

Tom

This too me is caused by the use of compressed air BLOWERS. When you blow out dust in the sensor chamber, it has to go somewhere so it finds any small gap. I myself use a small sucker/blower motor with a soft rubber 1/4" hose connected too the sucker end. I find this excellent, but do not rub over the sensor as it tends too put a skid mark over the sensor. I will enclose a shot of same gizmo later. I would be very hesitant too start taking it apart.
