What do i have to do to get the whole in focus. don't want backround blurr. I want the whole photo to be in focus.

It might help to tell us what kind of camera you are using. If you have manual exposure controls you want the largest number or smallest opening for the aperture. You can also calculate the hyperfocal distance if you have manual focus. That works for most subjects.

If you have a point and shoot you might look at the scene modes in the manual to see whether any of them use minimum aperture.

Slip I use a Canon Rebel XT. I usally use P mode.

Stop the lens down as far as you can for the available light. Aperture priority is probably your best bet, but keep an eye on the shutter speed it generates or you could get some blur from camera shake if you don't have enough light for the small aperture you selected.

You might try setting the hyperfocal distance in manual focus. This is a calculator: http://www.outsight.com/hyperfocal.html#hyper If your subject falls within the nearest distance, infinity will also be in focus. Notice that the nearest distance gets closer as you stop the lens down.
