Default Computer Geek online store

Hi guys.
I need your opinion.
I'm about to order X's drive from the Computer Geeks online store.
I live in Canada; therefore, I'm not familiar with this online store.

So, I need your opinion in terms of its reliablilty, safety, and so on.

I need about 10 replies before I make online purchases..^^

Thanks in advance.

Squall

I ordered my Xdrive from them and it went very well. I have also ordered other items from Computer Geeks and had no problems.

Squall,

One of the best places I found to check on an online merchant is at bizrate.com. You can click on the Store Ratings Guide under the tabs on top and type in Computer Geeks.
I would order from them based on their ratings. Over 50,000 customers have rated their store and they have a positive rating in each category.

Good Luck

The shipper will attach a customs declartion form to say what's inside and value...when it comes into Canada, it will be seen by customs, a form with the fee will be attached and it will be shipped to a local post office (or drugstore mini postoffice)...whichever is closest to you. You will then be mailed a pickup form telling you your parcel is ready to be picked up and where, and how much you have to pay in duties.

I just checked www.resellerratings.com and it appears that recently they have made changes for the worse...a lot of unhappy people... also, see http://www.resellerratings.com/seller2103.html

I've bought from them dozens or multiple dozens of times over the last 4 or 5 years and never had a problem. The complaints I've seen have to do with how fast the order arrives. I've never had a problem except after christmas when they closed for the week and were backlogged filling orders. They did have a notice on the order page in a big bright red box notifying that there may be a delay in filling orders. It took a couple extra days to get my stuff. No big deal.
