Default Changing my opinion of B&H

I have generally been satisfied with my dealings with B&H.However ,Im beginning to reconsider.I ordered a lens which came in damaged.They agreed to replace it and said they would reimburse me for my shipping costs.They did replace the lens but have not reimbursed me even though they have promised to credit my credit card on 3 different occasions over the last couple of weeks.As I said ,they generally have been fine to deal with until now.I'll keep you posted

Please do keep us posted. I also spend a lot with B&H, but have not yet had to return any items. Hassle-free returns is one of the key factors I consider in making on-line purchases, which is how I do most most of my shopping.

B&H came through at last ..Full refund of my shipping costs...Therefore I'll happily continue to do business with them.
